Where do I find the download link for my maps?Directly after purchasing the map product, you will be taken to a download button to access the file. A download link is also sent to your email automatically (check your junk/spam). A PDF will open which will have a link to access our custom Google Maps overlay, as well as instructions.

TASeMAP is opening in the browser and not the Google Maps app?Ensure you have Google Maps installed on your device and it is logged in to your Google Account as per the next FAQ. Ensure you are opening the file in an email app and not your browser. If opening in the browser, sometimes there will be a small grey button in the top right, clicking that will take you through a login process and transfer the maps to the Google Maps app.

TASeMAP is not saving in the app?You need to be logged into the Google Maps app. This is mainly an issue for Apple/iOS users. A guide to logging into Google Maps for Apple devices is here.
